If my mole on my back comes off, will I bleed to death?

I have a mole on my back that's gotten bigger over the years, and now its become somewhat wobbly, as if it wants to come off. I've been scared and cautious about it, trying not to accidentally rip it off. I've heard people say it'll bleed nonstop and I'd bleed to death if its not took care of. So, what'll happen if it does come off. Also, I have what they call Seed warts...especially under my arm around my arm pit. They are loose too, as if I can pull them off.....what are the facts about moles and seed warts?? thanks!!
