Why would my brother's girlfriend do this? What would you do?

So my brother and his girlfriend got a puppy. No big deal. She put pictures of the puppy on facebook. They obviously named the puppy, but they named her Kaylee Mae. Mae is my grandma's name. My grandmother passed away 12-12-2010. So her passing is still fresh in everyone's head. I find this totally disrespectful. Should I say something? I'm not close to her, cause they live so far away. What would you do? Say something, let it be?
