Hurting to swallow and voice not sounding right...?

About a week earlier, I started to lose my voice, but not a lot. Now it hurts extremely bad to swallow, and when I try to talk, it sounds really thick, I dont feel like I have mucus or anything in my throat. What could it be/how to fix it?
