Will she listen and be my friend again?

Had a professor who looked like my friend & those 2 became friends. Prof told her about a guy who could be good for her. He contacted her. Things were going good. He just never went to see her. He would make excuses each time & it went on for months. One day he asked me for $ cuz he had a bank issue & wanted to buy her a bday gift. Thinking nothing of it I lent him. He got her a gift & instead of his return address he forgot to change it & it had mine. She got the gift, saw the address but he explained. She didn't care. Still he didn't come. Finally she got sick of it & told him to buzz off. She contacted the prof but she denied everything & wanted her to stop contacting her. Cuz she prob was sick of her complains about him not coming. Now my friend thinks I was the guy! It can't be me cuz I sound nothing like a guy & I don't speak Italian. This guy spoke Italian to her on the phone & wrote Italian emails to her. So public safety got involved & were harassing me. Calling nonstop. They made me feel awful. So one day, I broke down & said yea it was me. Not cuz it was, but cuz they called every day like every 2 or 3 hrs & I was scared. So now I'm blocked from ever attending that college, my friend hates me & thinks i was the guy when it never was, & I can't even contact her to tell her wat the real truth is cuz if I do, she may get cops on me. Help! Wat can I do to make her understand the real truth? Do u think we can ever be friends again?
