I think now that you know what you want to do just text her and say you wanna hang out. Set a day and have fun! If you guys are meant to be together she'll see that and will want to continue seeing you. Then after a while you can ask her out and be official, but if you hang out and neither of you enjoys the time spent together then you should go your seperate ways. Hope this helps! Best of luck :)
