Why do I feel so guilty when I say no to her? :\?

I would say, don't babysit for her like you do. If she wants to go out once in a great while, that's fine but she is a mother of two innocent kids so she needs to grow up and be a mother. If she keeps it up, I know she's your sister and all, but you should call her out on it, if she doesn't listen and you truly care for your nieces and nephews, call social services. I mean come on, I'm a 17 year old telling your 21 year old sister that she needs to take care of the most precious gifts and she takes all you for granted. She really needs to step up to the plate and grow up real quick. Put her in rehab or something.
