Reasons for vaginal discharge?

I had my period a few days ago. Lasted only about 3 days but it was quite light compared to my usual 5 day heavy blood and clots. Now I'm having either thick or white (milky) discharge after I urinate. I'm kinda curious on what's going on down there. I've taken 4 HPT and they've been negative so it's not that I'm pregnant.. Any help? Am I ovulating really early or something? I also feel very open down there. Like it opens up pretty wide easily. Helpppp. Stressing out. <-- have been stressing out the past 3 months
