I kissed a girl out of guilt. I don't want to lead her on anymore. What do I do?

I invited my friend over to hang out. I knew she liked me and she's been texting me nonstop. I was hoping to tell her that I just wanted to be friends but she's the kind of girl who as she said to me "gets what she wants" as hinting that she wants me. Right before she left, I gave her a friendly hug and she basically forced me to kiss her. I didn't want to make it awkward and I didn't have the balls to break this girls heart because she's really nice, she's just been around the block....if you know what I mean. I'm going to college soon so there's no point in starting a long distance relationship and I just don't have feelings for this girl other than friendship. I guess I'm already considered a tease since we kissed at my place, but how do I tell her the truth without hurting her feelings.
